Our company is located in The Netherlands, but we ship merchandise anywhere in the world! The prices of the goods are those specified on the SFB site. Each price, as displayed, is exclusive of VATor salestax. There will be an additional charge for delivery, the amount of which shall vary according to the delivery method that you choose.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major creditcards. We check all given address details of every creditcard transaction for any possible fraudulent information and it's possible that we will ask you to send proof of your ID or proof of your creditcard account. Customers who attempt to buy with a fraudulent card will be procecuted and we will block "your" card. We also will block you for any future order attempts.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. Possible backordered items are charged if you want to continue with your order. You will be informed of expected delivery time and have the option to cancel.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We ship goods by FedEx. The shipments are fully insured and trackable worldwide. Delivering of goods will take about 1-3 days anywhere in the world. ( This doesn't include the time required to pass through customs in your country.)
If you don't care if the delivery may take longer, we can offer a cheaper means such as PostNL airmail parcel post. Delivery time is up to 2 weeks depending on the country your situated.
We estimate the shipping costs to you, before we accept your order. These estimates do not include any taxes or customs charges that may be billed to you by your government. SFB Electronics is unable to provide an accurate estimate of these charges.
Our main prices are mentioned in Euro's. The US$ prices on our website are prices for indication only and there can be a slightly price difference when checking out at the payment servers. This depends on the daily exchangerate.
Delivery Schedule
SFB shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the SFB site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. SFB may deliver items in an order separately but shall charge you for postage and packing on the first delivery only.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, SFB shall send you a notification by email.
Tax Charges
For orders made from The Netherlands or the European Union, 21% VAT is added. On all other orders NO tax is charged, but your customs may charge you importtax.
Companies located in the European Union, outside The Netherlands don't have to pay the VAT if a valid VAT number is provided to us.
Credit Card Security
We use the secure servers of Worldpay Inc. and Paypal for our creditcard transactions. All credit card numbers are encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (dependent on browser support), and are signed using digital certificates. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Products made by SFB Electronics carry a warranty of 2 years. For all other manufacturers their warranty rules apply. In case the product gets defective we will repair the merchandise free for 2-years after purchase unless the failure is caused by misuse. ('misuse' includes careless handling and invalid AC voltage.)
But note: All shipping costs (return/re-send) are customer's expenses. We don't warrant S/H cost. In some occasions, it can be cheaper if your local distributor repairs the defective unit at their regular repair charge. If you encounter any trouble, please send us an e-mail at info@sfb.net. Please don't return any goods without our permission.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction.
Contracts between the customer and SFB shall be governed by Dutch Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

SFB Electronics do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
EU customers: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Used or opened (software) products can't be returned.
Discounted products and special ordered products can't be returned.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
